TLM is a fast growing digital marketing agency looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to help us continue our incredible growth. The team is 100% remote and this role is available to anyone in North America.

This is a part-time contract role with the potential to be full-time in the future for the right candidate. The compensation will depend on experience and background. You can work from anywhere in North America.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for helping our clients grow.

  1. Creating new Google and Bing ads campaigns including setup, ad copy, keywords, and audiences
  2. Optimizing existing Google ad campaigns including campaign structure, bids, and conversion rate optimization
  3. Managing new client onboarding from beginning to end
  4. Setup goals and call tracking software to ensure end-to-end reporting and analysis
  5. Performing on-page website audit and providing conversion rate optimization recommendations
  6. Building mock ups and wireframes of landing pages designed to convert more leads
  7. Provide monthly reporting on client activity and growth

This role involves everything from setting up Google Ads to Facebook remarketing including:

  1. Great time management skills
  2. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time
  3. Experience managing Google and Bing Ads campaigns
  4. Understanding of all types of advertising including search, display, social, and remarketing
  5. Ability to create reporting based on KPIs and goals
  6. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
  7. Familiarity with call tracking software like CallRail
  8. Passion for learning and growth
